Ludwig Göransson was the composer for The Mandalorian and as part of the hype machine for the October release of season II, he's appeared in a video of him playing the key instruments of the theme he wrote.
We quite love that wee 'Rocky Theme' style moment the tune builds too (we suspect this is quite deliberate given he composed for both Creed films).
It's a mark of good composition that this tune has resonated so well across the Star Wars realm, it's up there with any of the recent sequel and prequels film's - indeed, it's quite comparable to John William's Rey's Theme, which for us was the most memorable and enjoyable composition of them all.
